National Instruments transforms the ways engineers and scientists design, prototype and deploy systems for measurement, automation and embedded applications. In this position, I focused growing a large UX team and building processes  necessary to help designers meet strategic design goals while still meeting daily needs within an Agile development environment.

Senior Interaction Designer, National Instruments

July 2011- November 2013 
This position focused on designing software for both mobile and desktop for users in educational and scientific research settings. I typically produced annotated wireframes and lower fidelity interactive prototypes.

Senior Information Architect, Razorfish 

December 2009- July 2011
Razorfish is a full service digital agency. My responsibilities included working with a team of content, visual and interaction design specialists to craft  UX strategies to address businesses digital needs. I produced annotated wireframes, site maps, and flow diagrams to specify web user experiences. Clients included Mary Kay, Neiman Marcus, Blackberry, Wells-Fargo, and Delta Airlines.

Adobe is a computer software company focused on making creativity software products.  In this role I focused on user research and UX architecture with the main focus was improving customer care tools.

The major focus of this position was designing ecommerce experiences for clients including: Williams-Sonoma, Teamwork Athletic, Yahoo, Microsoft, Visa, and many other California based clients. I produced annotated wireframes, site maps, and flow diagrams to specify web user experiences.

Research Associate, NASA Ames/ SJS

March 2004 – March 2005
In this role, I conducted in-situ observation in different mission contexts. This research fed the requirements for a prototype of anomaly resolution software. The goal was to add rigor to the anomaly resolution process in addition to insuring that team members were comfortable bringing up any point that could jeopardize the mission.
